Fusion Rate Controller
Our in-house rate control system. It's built for our sprayers, but the same electronics and flow meter can go on almost any machine that meters out liquid or product.

Fusion is the rate controller we design and build ourselves — and one of the biggest reasons growers choose a Vine Tech sprayer.
Set a target rate and Fusion holds it, reading flow and ground speed and adjusting as you go. One screen shows target and actual rate, ground speed, pressure and section status, with a joystick for control from the seat.
Because it's our own system, we can install it on equipment we didn't build, and support it ourselves afterwards.
On the sprayer
Fusion goes on most of the Quantum Mist™ sprayers we build, and we can fit it to Vine Tech weed booms and Pellenc Eole sprayers too.

Beyond spraying
The controller and flow meter aren't tied to a sprayer. We've installed Fusion on a spray truck for gravel roads, and we're putting it on dairy feed trucks. If your machine needs to put something down at a set rate, ask us about it.
