Pellenc
Optimum Harvester & Multifunction Tractor
- 99.8%
- Clean harvest
- 3 min
- Tool change
- 95°
- Turning angle
Pellenc's harvesting system uses oval picking rods driven at both ends, with a condensing zone where the vegetation enters, an adjustable active zone that suits any vineyard, variety or trellis, and a widening exit that releases the vines gently. It's the only principle that keeps a constant distance between the left and right rods, for damage-free shaking.
Pellenc has built its range on constant innovation since 1973. Our own custom-harvest fleet runs Pellenc harvesters with Selectiv' Process heads. We service them, rebuild them, and stock certified Pellenc parts for them.

Selectiv' Process 2 harvesting head
Sorts on board at the same working speed as a standard head, without losing juice. Notched rollers turn the stalks outward; sieve rollers free the grapes into the bins and drop the waste in the row. You can check the result from the driver's seat, day or night.
Independent tests by the French vine and wine institute (IFV) measured just 0.18% waste — 669 g in a 382 kg harvest.
- Linear grape separator and sorting table come apart easily
- Simple mechanical system, noticeably quieter than comparable heads
- Optional bin-level display in the cab
- Cleans in less than an hour

Reception, conveying and cleaning
Two adjustable catcher-plate ramps form a watertight base, with overlapping plates on elastic hinges that slide smoothly past the trunks. Endless cleated belts carry the crop, and an open-structure design ejects foreign bodies, with an alarm if anything blocks.
Two fans with interchangeable-blade cane grinders clean the grapes as they land, with speed set from the cab. Augers spread the load evenly in the bins, and a grid-type sorter separates juice, grapes and whole bunches while rear suction fans pull out leaves.
- Everything that touches the harvest is stainless steel or food-grade
- Conveyors reverse and synchronize with ground speed and crop size
- Hydraulics are covered to protect the harvest from leaks
